Space Planning And Design

At AD&D, we concentrate on developing an understanding of a Client's specific needs and allowing our highly skilled designers to flourish within a managed environment. Our teams offer consultation and guidance on every aspect of a building's interior. By engaging Clients in their collaborative process, they are able to create world class working environments that are 100% appropriate to our Clients individual requirements.

Project Management

We believe an effective and efficient project management calls for attention to detail, prudent resource management, tight budget control, open and collaborative communication and exceptional Client focus. All our project and construction managers are experienced professionals who are completely at ease with the challenges they know they will meet at the coalface.

Furniture processing and assembling

We have established our own specialist furniture division and provide our Clients with custom furniture products and solutions. We process all raw materials in our furniture division factory and assemble semi-manufactured parts at the project place. All materials are environment-friendly and carefully chosen from our material supervisor.

Consulting For IT, Security, A/C And Fire Protection

Our Consultants have a deep understanding of information technology structure, security systems, A/C and fire protection. They coordinate and manage all suppliers and work very close with them to make sure that each step in a projects is going under our strict standards.
